Because everybody has a body and every body is different, Kat aims to create an inclusive and welcoming space in each of her classes. As she continues to grow her practice and teachings, her classes are influenced by her Chinese heritage and pull from a variety of practices ranging from Vinyasa to Ashtanga to Bikram to Katonah.

Kat has been practicing yoga for nearly a decade and is a 200-hour (RYT) certified yoga instructor. She has also studied with Abbie Galvin and Eddie Stern. Feel free to say hello if you have any questions or would like to schedule a private or group session.
